  • Oh yes, actually men DO get vanity augmentations. Most of the time it is a non surgical procedure (basically they hang weights from the ends to stretch it) but there are some surgical procedures to be done.

  • I wonder what state you live in. In MA, your employer has to pay you for jury duty (even if you dont get impaneled) for up to 3 days. After that, the state pays you what you would be making in your job, with a minimum of $50 a day.

  • She lives in a co-op that has a no pet policy. She is breaking the rules she agreed to when moving in there. This is not a licensed aid dog, just a pet. I don't see why she should be exempt from the rules she agreed to when she moved in.

  • Just because she couldnt run and escape doesnt mean she couldnt reach for something sharp and stab someone else (not saying this woman in particular would have, but thats the other reason why they are shackled while in a hosiptal)

  • While in the middle of labor I do not see the woman just getting up and running out of the hospital... but, while in the middle of labor, she would be more then able to sit up to grab and needle an stab someone, etc.

  • No, I understand that you are not preaching for her release even though many (surprisingly) think that you are. However I am a bit skeptical about rehabillitation.

  • She actually wont be charged with the death penalty (or shouldnt be) because even though she is being charged as an adult, according to law she is too young to be executed.

  • War is a different situation. Its kill or be killed. I am sorry I find that hard to believe though. I just turned 25 and I know it is wrong to kill someone else on a moral and social level. I was aware of that at 20 and at 15 as well.

  • I could have goggled it, yes... but I find it better to read the same article so we are both getting the same "facts" of the case. After reading it through, I find the case is much different then the one being discussed here.
